Inviting You to join me in a 21-Day Meditation Challenge. Every morning (Monday-Friday) we will gather on Zoom at 7am for a 20 minute Guided Meditation Practice. It is said that 21 days is enough time to re-program and create a new positive habit. As such, this Challenge will support you in creating or sustaining a regular Meditation Practice. Meditation is a transformational tool which helps us re-learn how to deeply relax Body and Mind - but more than that, Meditation helps us to taste that Deeper Dimension of Who We Really Are. No matter where you are on your Meditation Journey, these Sessions are designed to meet you, inspire you, and open you to the Truth that You Are.Â
