🌿 Weekly Meditation Circle - Starting Monday 13th July 🌿
Starting Monday 13th July, I’ll be offering a weekly meditation gathering at the Ashburton Quaker House from 6:00pm–7:00pm.
Each session will include:
~ Exploring a meditation practice together
~ A guided meditation
~ Time in silent meditation
