We live increasingly busy lives with busy minds. Meditation offers us a fresh and calm perspective to life. In these sessions Turiya will firstly guide you into a yoga stretch sequence to prepare the body for meditation, followed by a guided meditation session. These sessions are aimed at leaving you deeply relaxed, invigorated and inspired, ready to start the new day.
Turiya has been teaching meditation and yoga for over 8 years, and before that lived in a meditation ashram for 2 years where she undertook multiple long silent meditation retreats, solitary retreats and dark retreats.
