Integrative Counselling

In-Person (Ashburton /Chudleigh) or Online via Zoom

A compassionate space to explore, heal, and reconnect
I offer integrative therapy sessions grounded in a person-centred approach, informed by somatic, transpersonal, and trauma-aware perspectives.
My approach supports you to explore your experiences at a pace that feels safe, respectful, and attuned to your unique inner world.
Therapy with me is collaborative and relational. I believe that healing unfolds when we feel deeply seen, heard, and met with compassion - not rushed or fixed, but gently supported into greater awareness and choice.

About me
I am a trained integrative therapist with a rich and interdisciplinary background in psychology, embodied practice, and contemplative traditions.
I completed my Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling at Iron Mill College, Exeter, and have accrued 160+ client hours to date, working relationally and trauma-informed with a diverse range of clients.
Alongside my counselling training, I hold a First Class Master’s degree in Jungian Psychology, with a particular focus on archetypal energies and the workings of the unconscious mind. This depth psychological perspective continues to inform my sensitivity to meaning, symbolism, and inner processes within therapeutic work.
I am also a 500+ hour meditation and Hatha Yoga teacher, qualified in 2016, and have over a decade of experience supporting embodied awareness, nervous system regulation, and mind–body integration.
In addition, I am trained as a Swedish massage therapist, energy worker, and marma therapist, bringing a strong somatic and holistic understanding to my work.
Alongside my therapeutic practice, I have worked as a women’s mentor and retreat leader, holding spaces that support personal transformation, self-inquiry, and reconnection with inner wisdom.

My Approach
As an Integrative Therapist, I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities to meet you where you are. At the heart of my work is a person-centred foundation, meaning that your lived experience, values, and inner wisdom guide the process.
Alongside this, I integrate:
Trauma-informed practice, prioritising emotional safety, choice, and nervous system regulation
Somatic awareness, supporting reconnection with the body as a source of insight and healing
Transpersonal perspectives, where appropriate, honouring meaning, purpose, and deeper layers of experience
This integrative approach allows therapy to be flexible, responsive, and tailored to you as a whole person - mind, body, and inner life.
What You Might Explore in Therapy
Clients come to therapy for many reasons. You may be experiencing:
Anxiety, overwhelm, or emotional distress
The impact of trauma or difficult life experiences
A sense of disconnection from yourself or others
Life transitions, loss, or identity questions
A longing for deeper self-understanding or meaning
You do not need to have a clear goal or a specific problem to begin. Therapy can simply be a place to pause, reflect, and listen more deeply to yourself.
What to Expect
Sessions offer a calm, confidential space where you are met with empathy, respect, and non-judgement.
We will work together at a pace that feels right for you, with attention to both your emotional experience and what may be held in the body.
There is no pressure to talk about anything before you are ready. Your autonomy and consent are central throughout the process.
