This In-Person 6-Week Intensive will be held at Move Forward, High Street, Totnes, UK over 6-consecutive weeks (Monday 9th September - 14th October).

Hridaya Yoga is a path towards the revelation of the Spiritual Heart. Drawing upon the ancient gifts of Hatha Yoga and Self Enquiry Meditation through the lineage of Advaita Vedanta, Hridaya Yoga is a journey of home-coming, returning to the most intimate depths of the One Self.
The Niyamas, are the second arm of Patanjali's 8-Limbed Astanga Yoga path. These comprise of inspirations as to how we can build and ampflify beneficial qualities towards ourselves thus building a fruitful and abundant yogic (unifying) life. The Niyamas are recommendations as to how we can best coalesce with our inner world.
In this 6-Week Hridaya Yoga Course, we will explore these different Niyamas through Sadhana (Spiritual Practice). Each session will be made up of Hridaya Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation and other Spiritual Practices.
In addition to the 1.5hour weekly teaching session, you will also receive a take-away booklet to supplement your learning; as well as an at-home meditation recording & contemplations for you to practice during the week.

This Intensive is an invitation to:
- Cultivate awareness of the different Niyamas from Patanjali;
- Bring Harmony to the different layers of your being;
- Remove potential blockages so that the energy can freely flow in your being;
- Activate and energise these different layers;
- Learn yogic philosophy about this topic.
This Intensive is for anyone that would like to:
- Deepen their practice and Sadhana in relation to Hatha Yoga & Meditation.
- Re-establish harmony, strength and vitality in their being.
- Bring more focus and clarity to their Body, Mind and Heart.
This Intensive features:
- An in-person 1.5 hour weekly Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama Session
- Weekly Take-Home practices and a detailed Information Booklet to support you on this Journey.
