Monday Mantra Circle

I’m delighted to be opening a weekly Mantra & Prayer Circle from Monday 2nd November, and would love to welcome you to join us.

We’ll gather for an hour each week to chant, pray and rest in the power of sacred sound. There’s something really beautiful about coming together in this way - allowing the repetition of mantra to quieten the mind, open the heart and connect us to something deeper than our everyday thoughts.

The Gayatri Mantra will be our main weekly practice. An ancient Vedic prayer, it is an invocation of divine light, wisdom and clarity - a prayer that we may be guided towards greater understanding and awaken to the light within.

Once a month, we’ll also chant the Medicine Buddha Mantra 108 times. Rooted in Buddhist tradition, this mantra is associated with healing, compassion and the alleviation of suffering, offering prayers for the wellbeing of ourselves and all beings.
