Cancellation Policy

Sessions must be booked in advance. Payment is required prior to each session unless a weekly payment plan has been arranged as part of a counselling container. Your booking confirms your agreement to these payment terms. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed sessions, will be charged in full.
